Joyful - the conscious act of recognizing and accepting the negative while choosing instead to focus on the positive things in life.
Happiness in life is impossible, there's also suffering. Without happiness we must remain strong. Joy means taking the things in life that lift you up & focusing on them throughout trying times. We must also become beacons of that Joy to those around us in an effort to be a positive instrument of change.
